Vintage & Secondhand Disclaimer

All items are vintage and secondhand. They've aged gracefully. Items may have imperfections, chips, scratches, and/or general wear and tear.  This is called "patina," and reflects the history and stories of the items in my shop. I believe this adds to their character.

I inspect the condition of each item before choosing to add it to the shop. I will clearly describe any imperfections in the item description and document these within the item photos. Items are priced accordingly to their condition. 

To the best of my ability, I strive to include the maker/brand of vintage items and any relevant attributes. This is determined using maker's marks and research. I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

Local Pick-Up & Shipping Policies

FREE Local Pick-Up

Local customers always have the option to choose FREE local pick-up for their items, which can be selected at checkout.

Certain items are only available for FREE local pick-up in West Conshohocken, PA (zip code 19428). These items are too heavy and/or costly to ship or are very fragile. Such items are marked within the item description and pick-up will show at checkout.

Shipping

$10 flat rate shipping on all orders to U.S. and Canada. 

Coffee, Tea, Mimi ships via UPS Ground 1-3 Day or USPS Priority Mail. All orders have tracking. It is my goal to ship packages out within 7 business days of receiving an order. I try my best to ship your order as quickly as I can, which usually is within 3 business days of receiving it! 

All of my orders are hand-packed by me. To be a sustainable as possible, I recycle shipping materials generously saved by friends and family. Be on the look out for a re-used box! (I encourage you to re-use the box and packing materials yourself! Or offer them up to someone else looking for packing materials!)

Coffee, Tea, Mimi specializes in one-of-a-kind finds, which means there is no back stock. Please review the shipping policies below, as all sales are final. If you have any questions, email hello@coffeeteamimi.com.

Damaged/Broken In-Transit Policy

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged by hand. I acknowledge that sometimes, despite my best efforts, items may arrive damaged or broken in-transit. If this happens, please take photos of the item damage and box damage, and email the photos to hello@coffeeteamimi.com within 3 business days of delivery for next steps.

Lost In-Transit Policy

You will be provided a tracking number once your item has shipped. If an item is lost in-transit*, please email hello@coffeeteamimi.com for next steps.

*Lost In-Transit means the shipment tracking is showing the item “en route” still, and it is several days past the estimated arrival date.

Missing or Stolen Packages Policy

Once the shipment carrier has marked an item "delivered," Coffee, Tea, Mimi has no ability to track items further. I, regretfully, am unable to offer a refund due to missing or stolen packages.
